The City offers a fully electronic online bidding platform through bids&tenders™, making it easy to review, register, and submit bids for goods, services, and construction online.

It is through the City’s bids&tenders™ site where Suppliers may select various commodity codes for goods and services for which they wish to provide to the City. The Bidding System will then notify a Supplier by email of bid opportunities according to the commodity codes selected.
